Help the Hospice.

Updated: Jul 13, 2019

The Crossfit community has always been something that baffles me (but in the best way!) It attracts people with similar mindsets but from completely different walks of life.

I started at Crossfit Skipton in 2016 and in that time, I have met some of the greatest people I know. Strong, motivated and passionate women - driven, encouraging and caring men. Everyone pushing forward, helping one another and trying to be the best they can be.

On Saturday 13th April; I saw everyone come together to raise money and awareness for an incredible local charity - Manorlands Hospice.

Arranged by Dave, he wanted to bring together a community for the community. By creating a competition at the gym; teams from the local area could battle it out for a place on the podium whilst raising cash for charity.

Here are a handful of pictures from Saturday...

It was a fun filled seven hours with so much to be proud of. The teams did amazingly well and raised around a staggering £2306 for Manorlands Hospice - well done to everyone involved!
